Conflict happens in life and at work - how do you want to resolve it? It's important to find the right process and mediation, conflict coaching, assessments and neutral third-party investigations are all options. Together we will identify the right tool to get to the right outcome.  Creating a respectful organization is everyone's responsibility and the right approach to conflict resolution can help to get there. I work with organizations and people to find the best tool in the circumstances and apply best practices for avoiding legal issues before they arise.

Based in East Vancouver and serving clients across British Columbia and Canada. I live, play and work in the traditional, unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. As a settler on Coast Salish Territories, I am committed to reconciliation, decolonization and learning how my work can serve these goals.
