MEDIATION

Mediation is a collaborative process that helps people identify the issues contributing to conflict and create a clear plan moving forward. Mediation can take place between two or more people and can be crafted to fit the needs of the parties.
Kyra mediates disputes between individuals and groups in sport, workplace and organizations.

INVESTIGATIONS

Sometimes the issues at hand require findings of fact. Third-party investigations consist of impartial evidence gathering and fact finding to determine whether allegations took place and whether they violate organizational and legal standards.
Kyra conducts independent investigations with sensitivity to all parties involved, relating to allegations of bullying, harassment, discrimination, professional conduct and sexual harassment and misconduct.

TRAINING & FACILITATION

Kyra has extensive experience designing and conducting interactive and customized training for people and teams. Topics include: communication, conflict resolution, respectful workplace and conducting workplace investigations.

ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS

What about situations where teams are experiencing challenges: conflict, dis-engagement and dysfunction? An environmental scan provides an opportunity for people to be heard, to identify the key issues impacting a group, and to create recommendations and a path to move forward.
Kyra conducts environmental scans that identify issues, build organizational understanding and collaborative capacity to move a group forward in a positive way.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT INVESTIGATIONS

In any organization, sexual misconduct allegations can be traumatic for all the parties involved.
Kyra has experience conducting sexual misconduct investigations in a trauma-informed and empathetic manner for all parties involved.
